Refund policy

All ZigaStore products are instant digital downloads (printable wall art and
digital files). No physical item is shipped. Because our products are delivered
electronically and can be downloaded straight away, all sales are final — we do
not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed and the files have been
delivered.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
If any of the following happen, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll
help — with a replacement file or, where appropriate, a refund:
  • Your download link doesn't work or you didn't receive your files
  • The file is corrupted or won't open
  • You received the wrong item, or the product is materially not as described

How to reach us
Email info@zigastore.com with your order number and a description of the
issue. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Please note
  • As files are downloadable, we can't accept returns for change of mind.
  • Colours may vary slightly with your monitor and printer settings.
  • These are digital files to print yourself — nothing is shipped, so no
    shipping or delivery charges apply.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
